Returns Policy We accept back any goods which are not satisfactory for any reason for a full refund providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and in an 'as new' condition within seven days from the day after you receive the goods. We will not accept repeat orders from customers who abuse this returns policy. Please let us know that you will be returning the goods within 7 working days of receipt. You also have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money as soon as possible but within 30 days of your cancellation and return of the goods. A restocking charge of 15% will be made for any goods returned which are not faulty and returned outside of the above policy.
